- Order securely on-line 24 hours a day 7 days a week.
- Order by phone if you prefer at 888-727-3256. You will speak with a courteous and experienced representative who will answer your questions and take your order.
- Our office hours are 9am to 9pm EST Monday through Saturday, excluding Holidays.
- You will receive an Order Confirmation via e-mail shortly after you place your order.

Cancelling an Order
- If you need to cancel an order, let us know as soon as possible. If the item has not already been shipped and we are able to stop the order, we will do so. Please see our

- All-Things-Tiffany reserves the right to deal with cancellations on a case by case basis.
Delivery Time
- Normally our orders are processed and shipped within 5 business days but please allow 5-10 days for your order to ship. Depending on your ship-to location, it can take from 1-5 days after shipping from our warehouse for your order to arrive. Please allow 1-2 weeks from the time you place your order for your package to arrive.
- Rush Orders: If you need a rush order or delivery by a certain date, please call us at 888-727-3256. We will check item availability and express shipping cost, if any.

- When your order ships from our warehouse, you will be sent a confirmation e-mail containing the shipping date, the carrier, items and tracking numbers.

Shipping Costs
- FREE shipping for all orders over $99.00 ** to the lower 48 States.
- For orders of $50.00 to $99.00, there is a $9.95 shipping charge.
- For orders less than $50.00 there is a $19.95 fee to cover handling and shipping.
**Note: Some items due to their size or fragile nature must be specially crated and shipped by truck. These items that must ship by Truck are identified by a note on the detail screen of the item. If you wish to purchase any of these items, please call us to discuss your order. We will give you a shipping quote based on the item(s) you are purchasing and your zip code. If you have ordered such an item on-line, we will contact you concerning the shipping costs before we process your order.
- Customers wishing to ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Canada or US Territories must contact us for shipping costs.
Shipping Methods
- Our items are shipped by FedEx Ground or UPS Ground except orders that must be shipped by Truck.
Express shipping: If you need your purchase by a certain date, please let us know when you place your order. Express shipping is usually available on request for an additional charge. If you place your ordered on-line with a note requesting Express Shipping, we will contact you concerning the shipping costs before we process your order.
