Returns and Exchanges

Your satisfaction is our first priority!

 

If you are unhappy with your purchase from All Things Tiffany, you may return the item(s) for a replacement, refund or exchange provided that the criteria below are satisfied.  However, before attempting to return any merchandise for any reason, you must contact All Things Tiffany to receive instructions.  Email us at or call 888-727-3256 for support. Remember, our goal is to satisfy you. We take pride in the care we give our customers.

Please keep this in mind:  At the end of the day, we will do everything possible to make your experience a good one.  Our goal is to satisfy you.  We sincerely work to keep your satisfaction as high as possible and your costs as low as possible, and we take pride in the care we give our customers.

Below are the needed criteria to assure that returns, exchanges and replacements are executed in an orderly and timely manner.

 

Damaged, Faulty, or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged in transit, defective or is incorrect due to our error, please contact us immediately.  We will be happy to give you instructions and any assistance needed to provide a prompt replacement for you. The following steps will help greatly in obtaining a prompt replacement:
  1. Notify All Things Tiffany within 5 days of receipt of the damaged/incorrect item(s).  Please take note of any damage to the shipping container and describe the damage to the merchandise. Retain the box and other shipping materials the item arrived in.
  2. All Things Tiffany will instruct you regarding whether the item will need to be shipped back to the warehouse or not.  We will either issue a Call Tag and arrange for the item to be picked up or will instruct you to dispose of the item.  If required, place the item back in its original packaging and prepare it properly for shipping. The shipper will usually come within 2-3 days to pick up the package.
  3. All Things Tiffany will promptly send a replacement or exchange.

Please note: Failure to follow these steps may mean that we cannot file a claim for the damage and will not be able to issue a replacement or exchange the item.
Never have an item repaired or tampered with by another company or person. This will void any return, exchange or refund option.

 

All Other Returns

If you want to return merchandise for any other reason, the item(s) must be in new condition, unused and in the original packaging material. The purchase price less a 20% restocking fee will be refunded provided the criteria below are satisfied. Also, return shipping costs are your responsibility. The following steps will help greatly in obtaining a prompt refund:

  1. Notify All Things Tiffany within 10 days of receipt of the item(s) to be returned. We will give you an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number and any instructions or assistance needed.
  2. Place the item back in its original packaging and prepare it properly for shipping.
  3. Ship the package to the address provided by All Things Tiffany.  Remember that you are responsible for the item until it is received by us.  To be safe:  Use a reputable shipper with tracking capability and remember to insure the package for the proper value. This will help protect your investment.
  4. After we receive the returned item and determine that it is in good condition, All-Things-Tiffany will issue a refund.
